Order tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking details.

We offer a free return service for Sweden. We accept returns within 30 days from the receipt of your order.

You will find the return label in your order bag. If you decide to return your order, please attach the return label to the bag within 30 days after receiving the order. Items being returned should be in the same condition as when they were received. 

We encourage you to reuse the bag in which your order was delivered.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation from us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service here as soon as possible. We will then investigate the matter further.


Important Return Information
You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of receipt.

No products should be used, washed, or damaged, and they should have the labels and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A refund usually takes between 3-5 business days to appear in your account, due to varying processing times among payment providers.
